I spent two nights in a King Room with Spa Bath. The room felt spacious and comfortable. The hot tub right next to the bed made relaxing easy. Staff were friendly and made check-in smooth, which I appreciated. Breakfast had a decent selection, but the eggs could use improvement. I also had trouble with the air conditioning. It was quite loud and didn’t really cool the room effectively. The location is excellent, close to local attractions and restaurants, but noise from nearby guests was a bit disruptive during the night. Overall, a solid stay with some room for improvement.

We had a fantastic time at the nearby Grand Haven State Park. The kids loved the sandy beach, and we enjoyed the beautiful lake views. The pool at the hotel was a great way to wind down after a long day of exploring with my cousin and family.

My children wished the pool area was cleaner and more supervised, especially with the many guests coming and going.

Grand Haven has some hidden gems! I hit up Russ' Restaurant just down the street for a classic breakfast, and it didn't disappoint. Plus, the hot tub was right next to the bed—talk about luxurious! My room had a spacious layout that made relaxing a breeze.

That A/C unit? Upgrades are needed. It was louder than a summer cicada and took its sweet time getting the humidity out, leaving my room feeling damp.

my family and i had an unexpected stay as we originally planned to camp. best western exceeded our expectations with a spacious queen room two queen beds, a clean pool area, and a great location close to restaurants. it felt very family-friendly, making our last-minute getaway enjoyable.
